Biointerfacing with AgBiS2 Quantum Dots for Pseudocapacitive Photostimulation
It is demonstrated that AgBiS2 quantum dots exhibit unique photoinduced pseudocapacitive charge transfer properties, enabling efficient light‐to‐electrical energy conversion. These quantum dots facilitate enhanced light absorption and transduction when integrated with ZnO nanowires, which serve as an effective charge transport medium.

Thermodynamic properties of Heusler Fe2VSi
We investigated temperature, T, dependence of magnetization, M(T), electrical resistivity, ρ(T), and specific heat, Cp(T), for the Heusler compound Fe2VSi. M(T) shows anomalies at TN1 ∼ 115 K and at TN2 ∼ 35 K.

Tunable Tactile Synapses Enabled by Erasable Doping in Iongel‐Gated Nanotube Network Transistors
Artificial tactile synaptic sensors are realized by an iongel‐gated single‐walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) transistor with reversible doping characteristics. The device senses and memorizes tactile stimuli and exhibits gate bias‐dependent excitatory or inhibitory synaptic behavior.

We analyze experimental data on the temperature-dependent part of the resistivity of $\mathrm{Au}\mathrm{Fe}$, $\mathrm{Cu}\mathrm{Mn}$, $\mathrm{Ag}\mathrm{Mn}$, $\mathrm{Au}\mathrm{Mn}$, and $\mathrm{Au}\mathrm{Cr}$ spin-glass alloys, using a model derived from the excitation approach of Walker and Walstedt. The model gives a satisfactory description

A lack of standard approaches for testing and reporting the performance of metal halide perovskites and organic semiconductor radiation detectors has resulted in inconsistent interpretation of performance parameters, impeding progress in the field. This Perspective recommends key metrics and experimental details, which are suggested for reporting in ...
