This study explores the magnetic properties of a thin film of Al-substituted Y3Fe5O12 grown on Y3Al5O12 (111) substrates using pulsed laser deposition. Spin-glass behavior was observed near room temperature in the film, with a spin-freezing temperature ...

Field-Driven Hysteresis of the d=3 Ising Spin Glass: Hard-Spin Mean-Field Theory
Hysteresis loops are obtained in the Ising spin-glass phase in d=3, using frustration-conserving hard-spin mean-field theory. The system is driven by a time-dependent random magnetic field H_Q that is conjugate to the spin-glass order Q, yielding a field-

Novel ferrocene derivatives (e.g., FcPhc2) are used as an ultrathin layer hole‐blocking layer, reducing hole injection from the Ag contact. This results in an ultralow noise spectral density of 1.2 × 10−14 A Hz−1/2, and a high specific detectivity of 8.1 × 1012 Jones at −0.5 V.

Local Energy Minima and Density of Energy Barriers in Dense Clusters of Magnetic Nanoparticles
In this paper, we focus on the properties of local energy minima and energy barriers in immobilized dense clusters of magnetic nanoparticles. Understanding of these features is highly interesting both for the fundamental physics of disordered systems ...

Switching of Magnetic Order via Non‐Magnetic Al Addition in FeCoNiMnAlx Films
Non‐magnetic Al addition provides a sensitive handle to switch the magnetic order in high entropy FeCoNiMnAlx thin films via fcc to bcc phase transformation. Films with fcc structure exhibit a large exchange bias, while bcc films exhibit enhanced ferromagnetic properties, reflecting the magnetic ground state of Mn which switches from antiferromagnetic ...

Low‐dimensional halide perovskite thin films, (BA)2(MA)n‐1PbnBr3n+1 (n = 1, 2), exhibit both semiconducting and ferroelectric properties, enabling mechanical and light energy harvesting. Using Cr/Cr₂O₃ or PCBM as barrier layers ensures reproducible ferroelectricity.
