We utilized Nestin‐CreER:tdTomato transgenic mice to directly illustrate that taxol could induce the differentiation of neural stem cells (NSCs) into neurons. This process promoted the formation of a nerve bridge connecting the two ends of the injury, ultimately resulting in the functional improvement of spinal cord injury (SCI) animals.
