Neuroprotective effect of adult hematopoietic stem cells in a mouse model of motoneuron degeneration
Degenerative spinal motor diseases, like amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, are produced by progressive degeneration of motoneurons. Their clinical manifestations include a progressive muscular weakness and atrophy, which lead to paralysis and premature ...

Utilizing a stereotaxic injection mouse model and a novel mathematical approach, this study uncovers key subnetworks that drive pathological α‐synuclein (α‐Syn) progression in Parkinson's disease (PD). Remarkably, just 2% of the strongest connections in the connectome are sufficient to predict its spread.

Genetics‐Based Targeting Strategies for Precise Neuromodulation
In this Review, the fundamental principles and implementation protocols of genetics‐based precision neuromodulation are first introduced. Then, wireless and low‐invasive strategies based on nano‐transducing materials are highlighted, along with a dissection and analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of representative studies.
