The LGALS9/miR‐491‐5p Axis Regulates CD8+ T Cell Function and Inhibits the Progression of Gastric Cancer

open access: yesCancer Science, EarlyView.
In this study, we found that LGALS9 is highly expressed in gastric cancer and may affect the development of gastric cancer by participating in the infiltration of CD8+ T cells. Knockout of LGALS9 can reverse T cell function and relieve immunosuppression, and enhance the killing effect of T cells on gastric cancer cells.
