Pneumomediastinum and pneumorrhachis following sinoscopy in an adult horse
Abstract A horse presented to the referral hospital for pyrexia and unilateral nasal discharge. Computed tomographic examination demonstrated changes consistent with unilateral primary sinusitis. Frontal and rostral maxillary trephination facilitated sinoscopy and lavage of the paranasal sinuses.

Focused vibro‐percussive sound wave stimulation to the spine known as Khan Kinetic Treatment (KKT) has in this case, and previously through RCT studies, demonstrated improvement in pain and function with no adverse events. KKT is currently available in 10 countries.
