Subacute spinal subdural hematoma associated with intracranial subdural hematoma
Journal of Neuroradiology, 2006We describe a subacute spinal subdural hematoma in a patient with psot-traumatic subacute intracranial subdural hematoma. CT and MRI demonstrated hematoma within the interhemispheric subdural space and at the lumbar posterior subdural space which extended from the L1 to the S2 level.

Subdural hematoma after atraumatic spinal
Journal of Clinical Anesthesia, 2005We report a case of subdural hematoma in a 68-year-old white man who underwent left inguinal hernia repair with spinal anesthesia. The patient had a postdural puncture headache (PDPH) on postoperative day 4, but he refused invasive treatment. Instead, he self-administered acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine.

Spinal subdural hematoma presenting as paraplegia
The Spine Journal, 2016A 76-year-old man who suffered a fall was referred to our emergency department. He presented with sudden severe low back pain, loss of sensation, and urine and fecal incontinence. He had undergone lumboperitoneal shunting owing to hydrocephalus 5 months ago. The hemostatic parameters were normal. There was no coagulation defect.

Spinal Subdural Hematoma in Nonaccidental Trauma

She had a period of emesis and was taken to her primary care physician, who noticed bilateral parasternal bruising concerning for nonaccidental trauma. Cranial computed tomography showed bilateral subdural hematomas.

Subdural Hematoma as a Late Complication of Spinal Anesthesia

This patient underwent bilateral inguinal herniorrhaphy under spinal anesthesia 40 days prior to admission. Two days after spinal anesthesia, the patient described a typical postdural puncture headache. Oral analgesics, fluid therapy, and lying flat were recommended.
