Calcifying Fibrous Tumor of the Jejunum in a 27-year-old Primigravid
The most common mesenchymal tumors of the gastrointestinal tract are gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) and smooth muscle neoplasms; however, other soft tissue tumors may also present in the intestines and cause diagnostic dilemmas.

Spindle Cell Fibromatosis of the Breast: A Lesson in Malignancy Mimicry [PDF]
ABSTRACT Spindle cell fibromatosis of the breast (SCFB) is a rare benign tumor that closely mimics malignancy on imaging and clinical examination. Accurate diagnosis relies on histopathology and immunohistochemistry, particularly β‐catenin staining, to guide appropriate management and avoid overtreatment while addressing its locally aggressive behavior

A Bifunctional T3SS‐Effector Simultaneously Cleaves Host MAP Kinase and Inhibits PPM1A Phosphatase
Pathogenic bacteria exploit the metalloprotease effector NleD to subvert host defenses. Structural, biochemical, and infection analyses reveal a bifunctional mechanism by which NleD binds and inhibits the host phosphatase PPM1A while preserving its proteolytic activity against MAPKs.

Water‐induced quenching challenges organic RTP materials, but a counter‐intuitive strategy employs HOF to encapsulate carbonyl guests, where water functions as a structural reinforcer. This achieves water‐enhanced ultralong RTP with full‐color emission (blue to deep red), overcoming intracellular quenching for high‐signal cellular imaging, alongside 4D
