Deciphering Intricacies in Directional CO2 Conversion From Electrolysis to CO2 Batteries
This review will delve into the inherent connections and distinctions of CO2‐directed conversion in ECO2RR and CO2 batteries, in terms of product types, catalyst selection, catalytic mechanisms, and electrochemical performances, while proposing a benchmarking framework for the evaluation of CO2 batteries and innovative CO2 battery configurations for ...

In Situ Contact Angle Measurement for Autonomous Spin Coating in Self‐Driving Labs
A vision‐based add‐on transforms commercial spin coaters into autonomous modules of Self‐Driving Labs. Combining a width‐scaled U‐Net with classical geometric analysis, the system simultaneously measures contact angles and estimates substrate pose using a single camera.

A Chiral Saddle‐Shaped Nanographene With Two Heptagon‐Embedded [4]Helicenes
We present a novel synthetic strategy toward a chiral saddle‐shaped nanographene (cSNG) via a two‐step oxidation of a prochiral anthracene precursor. The Scholl‐type oxidation first yields a key intermediate with sp3‐defect heptagons, and subsequent oxidative dehydrogenation affords fully conjugated cSNG.

This study, for the first time, constructs photostructured dynamic frustrated Lewis pairs (DFLPs) via a p‐p orbital hybridization regulation strategy, achieving the 100% reduction of low‐concentration CO₂ to CO and breaking the stability‐activity trade‐off.

Identification of Spin Bowling Deliveries with an Advanced Smart Cricket Ball
The type of throw of a spin bowler can be analysed in the laboratory using a motion analysis system. However, there is still no method to determine the type of throw using other means and less effort. To solve this problem, we revised the traditional classification of spin bowling throws and analysed whether spin bowling throws are separate entities or

We report on the photophysical properties and electronic relaxation mechanisms of 4‐dimethylaminophthalimide (DMAP) and thio‐4‐dimethylaminophthalimide (SDMAP). While DMAP is fluorescent, SDMAP shows negligible fluorescence due to ultrafast intersystem crossing to a long‐lived triplet state that decays in 3.4 ± 0.05 µs.

Ecological dynamics of spin bowling in cricket: Adapting to environmental constraints
The problem with traditional conceptions of skill acquisition is that there is an assumption that the performance and the environment in which it takes place are mutually exclusive. Using cricket spin bowling as the primary task, this research used the principles of skill acquisition to demonstrate the unique influence the pitch surface has on shaping ...

The unique structure connected by CS and COS interfacial bonds accelerates the reaction kinetics of lithium/sodium‐ion storage, while the addition of coal led to an increase in the mechanical strength of the carbon nanofibers, which improved the conductivity and stability of the materials.

Effect on Bowling Performance Parameters When Intentionally Increasing the Spin Rate, Analysed with a Smart Cricket Ball [PDF]
A smart cricket ball was used to investigate the influence of increased spin rate on the bowling performance parameters. In three spin bowlers, the performance parameters were compared before and after increasing the spin rate. The first bowler increased the spin rate by 22%, decreased the normalised precession the angle at which the spin rate vector ...
