Nocturnal Swimming of Scolecolepides viridis (Polychaeta: Spionidae)
Estuaries, 1980AdultScolecolepides viridis were collected by nocturnal plankton tows in the Lafayette River, Norfolk, Virginia. All adults (40–70 mm) were filled with ripe gametes. Swimming individuals were collected only at night on ebb tides. Large (36–60 setigers) post-metamorphic worms were also collected in the plankton.

Taxonomic catalogue of the Spionidae (Annelida: Polychaeta) of the Grand Caribbean
Zootaxa, 2011The aim of this study was to provide a revised taxonomic catalogue of Spionidae species recorded from the Grand Caribbean. The names included were compiled from the checklists of Salazar-Vallejo (1996) and Perkins and Savage (1975). Names were revised and updated based on recent revisions.

A new Laubieriellus species (Annelida, Spionidae) from Western Australia
Zootaxa, 2018A new annelid species within the Prionospio- complex (Spionidae), Laubieriellus cacatua sp. nov., is described from material collected from the continental slope off the western margin of Australia. Laubieriellus cacatua sp. nov. is distinguished by having dorsal crests from chaetigers 6 to 11 and ventral crests on chaetigers 2 to 11.
