Protospirura siamensis n. sp. (Nematoda: Spiruridae) from rodents in Thailand
Systematic Parasitology, 2012A large number (828) of rodents belonging to nine genera (Bandicota, Berylmys, Chiropodomys, Hapalomys, Leopoldamys, Maxomys, Mus, Niviventer and Rattus) were trapped in four Thai provinces between 2008 and 2010. A new species of Protospirura (Nematoda: Spiruridae) was identified and described. Protospirura siamensis n. sp.

Journal of Veterinary Medicine, Series B, 2000SummaryScanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to study the surface ultrastructure of adult worms of Gongylonema pulchrum. The anterior end in both sexes was covered by numerous cuticular platelets. There was a pair of lateral cervical papillae. The buccal opening was small and extended in the dorsoventral direction.

Parasitology Research, 2007Drashia megastoma (Spirurida: Habronematidae) occurs in nodules in the stomach wall and rarely free in the stomach of the horse, mule and zebra throughout the world.
