Accessory Splenic Stomach Wall Abscess Mass Simulating Neoplasm
Australian and New Zealand Journal of Surgery, 1974A case is described of the diagnostic dilemma presented by a mass in the fundus of the stomach which proved at laparotomy to be caused by a large granulation tissue mass central to accessory splenic tissue. Relevant extracts from the literature are quoted in a discussion of the problems arising from this unusual pathology.
