The significance of rudimentary ulnas and fibulas during development of angular limb deformities in foals

Summary Carpal valgus deformities remain a common challenge in foals, yet their aetiology is often multifactorial and rarely attributable to a single anatomical anomaly. Summary This case series describes the use of a disposable, canister‐free negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) system (PICO®) in combination with punch grafting for the treatment of distal limb wounds in three horses.
