On the Study of Resonance Splitting in Microstrip Ring Resonators
1990 20th European Microwave Conference, 1990An equivalent circuit model based on transmission line theory has been analysed to investigate the resonant behaviour of an asymmetrically coupled microstrip ring resonator. Resonance splitting is theoretically predicted and experimental work carried out verifies this phenomenon.

Resonant frequency of triangle split resonant rings
Optical Engineering, 2012The resonant frequency of triangle split resonant rings and metal wires (TSRRs-MWs) is analyzed. The simulated results show that the resonant frequency can be improved and the bandwidth widened by increasing the opening size of TSRRs and by contracting the substrate.
