Capacitive, charge‐domain compute‐in‐memory (CIM) stores weights as capacitance, eliminating DC sneak paths and IR‐drop, yielding near‐zero standbypower. In this perspective, we present a device to systems level performance analysis of most promising architectures and predict apathway for upscaling capacitive CIM for sustainable edge computing ...

Automating AI Discovery for Biomedicine Through Knowledge Graphs and Large Language Models Agents
This work proposes a novel framework that automates biomedical discovery by integrating knowledge graphs with multiagent large language models. A biologically aligned graph exploration strategy identifies hidden pathways between biomedical entities, and specialized agents use this pathway to iteratively design AI predictors and wet‐lab validation ...

Word alignment and smoothing methods in statistical machine translation: Noise, prior knowledge and overfitting [PDF]
This thesis discusses how to incorporate linguistic knowledge into an SMT system. Although one important category of linguistic knowledge is that obtained by a constituent / dependency parser, a POS / super tagger, and a morphological analyser ...

Solving Data Overlapping Problem Using A Class‐Separable Extreme Learning Machine Auto‐Encoder
The overlapping and imbalanced data in classification present key challenges. Class‐separable extreme learning machine auto‐encoding (CS‐ELM‐AE) is proposed, which is an enhancement of ELM‐AE that better handles overlapping data by clustering points from the same class together. Applying oversampling addresses imbalanced data.
