Clinical Case Reports, Volume 13, Issue 11, November 2025.ABSTRACT This case describes a rare occurrence of post‐SARS‐CoV‐2 infection reactive arthritis with psoriasiform lesions. The patient failed to respond to conventional therapies but responded well to secukinumab, underscoring that it may be a valuable treatment for refractory post‐SARS‐CoV‐2 infection reactive arthritis when conventional therapies fail.
