The Implementation of Persistent Spinal Pain Syndrome (PSPS): Mechanism‐Based Recommendations
ABSTRACT Background In 2021, the term persistent spinal pain syndrome (PSPS) was introduced. PSPS type 2 (PSPS‐T2) replaced the unsatisfactory term failed back surgery syndrome (FBSS). PSPS type 1 (PSPS‐T1) is a clinical picture of signs and symptoms of FBSS but without prior surgery. PSPS applies to any spinal level.

Economic Burden of Rheumatoid Arthritis in Iran: A Societal Perspective
GRAPHICAL ABSTRACT This 2022 cross‐sectional study of 765 RA patients in Southern Iran revealed an annual economic burden of $6388 per patient, with biologic drugs dominating costs (84%). Moderate‐to‐severe cases cost 8% more than remission ($6729 vs. $6248).

ABSTRACT This case describes a rare occurrence of post‐SARS‐CoV‐2 infection reactive arthritis with psoriasiform lesions. The patient failed to respond to conventional therapies but responded well to secukinumab, underscoring that it may be a valuable treatment for refractory post‐SARS‐CoV‐2 infection reactive arthritis when conventional therapies fail.
