Radiologic Clinics of North America, 1996The seronegative spondylarthropathies are a group of multisystem inflammatory disorders that share a variety of clinical, radiologic, and genetic features. They include ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, Reiter's disease, and arthritis associated with inflammatory bowel disease. This article reviews these multisystem inflammatory disorders.
