The authors present a clinical case of a female child, aged 23 months, previously healthy that 24 hours after falling down started to refuse walking and complained about back pain. She never had fever. She felt better with nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs, restarting the symptoms, two days after therapy suppression.
