CircTspan3 Promotes Cartilage Development Through ANNEXIN A2‐Mediated Ferroptosis and Apoptosis Inhibition and Exosome‐Mediated Paracrine Signaling

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study reveals that XBP1s drives production of circTspan3, a circular RNA that strengthens cartilage by boosting anabolic activity and limiting cell death. Phosphorylated ANXA2 directs circTspan3 into exosomes, enabling paracrine repair. Exosomal circTspan3 expands growth‐plate cartilage and promotes in vivo regeneration, highlighting its promise ...

Phyto‐Confined CeOx with Synergistic Lattice Distortion and Oxygen Vacancies Drives Efficient Urea Electrosynthesis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Lattice‐distorted CeOx nanoparticles with abundant oxygen vacancies, confined in porous carbon (d‐CeOx/PC), enable efficient electrocatalytic urea synthesis from CO2 and NO3−. Contracted Ce─O bonds (≈2.29 Å) stabilize OV, creating electron reservoirs for flexible multi‐electron transfer.

ZIF‐67‐Confined Pd Single‐Atom Catalysts Implanted Into Polydopamine‐Modified Bamboo Microchannels for Robust Continuous‐Flow Hydrogenation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The report presents a facile room‐temperature method to stabilize Pd single‐atom catalysts within ZIF‐67 crystals during their formation. Despite an ultralow Pd loading (0.0014 wt%), the catalytic microreactor, featuring atomically dispersed Pd‐N4 sites in ZIF‐67, demonstrates superior robustness and maximized Pd utilization, significantly ...
