Biomimetic Iridescent Skin: Robust Prototissues Spontaneously Assembled from Photonic Protocells
Uniform nanoparticles are induced to form arrays (photonic crystals) in the cores of biopolymer capsules, endowing these ‘protocells’ with structural color. These protocells are then assembled into large self‐standing objects, i.e., prototissues, with robust mechanical properties as well as iridescent optical properties.

Magnetism and nematic order are the two nonsuperconducting orders observed in iron-based superconductors. To elucidate the interplay between them and ultimately unveil the pairing mechanism, several models have been investigated.

Adjectifs épithètes alternants en français parlé : premiers résultats
The positioning of the attributive adjective is a subject that has produced a substantial literature in French linguistics. In most articles and books, it is considered that the adjective may as well be before or after its head noun.

Ecosystems as Spontaneous Orders [PDF]
ABSTRACTThe notion of spontaneous order has a long history in the philosophy of economics, where it has been used to advance a view of markets as complex networks of information that no single mind can apprehend. Traditionally, the impossibility of grasping all of the information present in the spontaneous order of the market has been invoked as ...

A reproducible synthesis to control 3D/0D phase ratios via water‐tuned solvent–antisolvent methods is presented. Enhanced scintillation yield and ultrafast decay are achieved. Defect‐driven emission mechanisms are revealed through cathodoluminescence and radioluminescence, shedding light on the underexplored role of the 0D Cs4PbBr6 and mixed 0D/3D ...

Spontaneous Order and Individualistic Order
This paper considers Hayek's theory of spontaneous order as an answer to the question ; how is an individualistic social order possible? Hayek tried to show how both individual freedoms and social efficiencies can be consistently achieved on the process of spontaneous order and cultural evolution.

Fermi Surface Nesting and Anomalous Hall Effect in Magnetically Frustrated Mn2PdIn
Mn2PdIn, a frustrated inverse Heusler alloy, showing electronic‐structure driven anomalous Hall effect with Weyl crossings, Fermi‐surface nesting and near‐zero magnetization ideal for low‐magnetization spintronics. Abstract Noncollinear magnets with near‐zero net magnetization and nontrivial bulk electronic topology hold significant promise for ...

Spontaneous emission and teleportation in cavity QED
In this work, we consider atomic spontaneous emission in a system consisting of two identical two-level atoms interacting dispersively with the quantized electromagnetic field in a high-Q cavity.
