Comparison of Various Spray Schedules to Control Worms in Cotton, Painter, Va [PDF]
Abstract Cotton was planted on 11 May at the Eastern Shore Agricultural Research and Extension Center, Painter, VA. Each plot consisted of two 25 ft long rows planted on 3 ft spacing, and replicated four times in a randomized, complete block design. Each plot was bordered by an untreated guard row.

Abstract The accurate prediction of the shear capacity of reinforced concrete underpins the efficient and safe design of concrete buildings and infrastructure. Disagreement remains about shear mechanisms and the modeling of shear resistance. For slender beams without shear reinforcement, critical shear crack (CSC) models have attracted interest.

Nesting ecology of an ice‐associated seabird, Kittlitz's murrelet, at the northern edge of its range
We studied the Kittlitz's murrelet, an ice‐associated seabird of conservation concern, at the northern edge of its range. Over a 2‐year period, we estimated nest density and success at 2 sites, captured and telemetered nesting murrelets, and tested the use of a thermal camera to improve nest detection.

Objective: Individuals engaged in car painting are at a risk of developing respiratory problems. This is due to the exposure of isocyanates present in the car spray paints. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of isocyanates on pulmonary function parameters of spray painters exposed for a short duration.

Abstract This article examines the role of heritage spaces and monuments in the Historic Centre of Mexico City during ongoing feminist mobilizations. Feminists have claimed that the Mexican government is more concerned about protecting monuments and urban heritage than acting to prevent gender‐based violence and femicide.
