Preparation of ZnO films by spray pyrolysis

Journal of Crystal Growth, 1996
Decomposition of zinc acetylacetonate monohydrate (Zn(acac) 2 .H 2 O) to produce undoped ZnO films by spray pyrolysis has been investigated between 100 and 400°C. Spray trials were conducted in both dry conditions and with excess water. Films with enhanced adhesion, optical transmission and conductivity were deposited above 200°C.

Formation of CdS films by spray pyrolysis

Thin Solid Films, 1986
In this paper the formation of CdS films by spray pyrolysis of neutral aqueous solutions of CdCl2 and SC(NH2)2 is described. It was established that the process passes through the stage of the intermediate complex compound [Cd(SCN2H4)2]Cl2 for various molar ratios of the initial components.

Properties of thin In2O3 and SnO2 films prepared by corona spray pyrolysis, and a discussion of the spray pyrolysis process

Thin Solid Films, 1984
Abstract Thin films of doped In2O3 and SnO2 were prepared by the “corona spray pyrolysis” technique with a deposition efficiency of 80%. The electrical and optical properties of the films were determined. A transmission of 88% in the visible region and an IR reflection of more than 90% were the maximum values obtainable for a doped In2O3 film.

Preparation of Bi2223 Phase by Spray Pyrolysis

1994
(Bi,Pb)2Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy compounds were prepared by an uniaxial hot-press method using fine precursor powder made by a spray pyrolysis. Physical properties of compounds were studied and compared with those for the sample by a spray pyrolysis and a normally sintered hot-press sample.

Synthesis of SiCNYO nanopowders by spray pyrolysis

Powder Technology, 2011
SiCNYO nanopowders have been elaborated by a spray pyrolysis method from an organometallic precursor which is synthesized by two different routes. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and solid state nuclear magnetic resonance were used to identify the silylation and the amminolysis mechanism applied for the synthesis of each precursor.

Synthesis of Catalytic Materials by Spray Pyrolysis

1996
Publisher Summary For the preparation of a thin film, spray pyrolysis involves spraying an atomized solution containing an appropriate precursor onto a heated substrate. The composition and properties of the resulting deposited film depends on the atmosphere, temperature, and constituents of the sprayed solution.

Spray pyrolysis equipment for various applications

2013
The fabrication of all kinds of industrial products is based on the specific combination between the applied methods, and the conditions of syntheses (temperatures, pressures, flow rates and the chemical compositions of gaseous and liquid fluxes, etc.), resulting on the properties and performance of the obtained products.
