rWTC‐MBTA Vaccine, Alone and Enhanced with Anti‐PD1, Elicits Immune Responses against CNS and Peripheral B‐Cell Lymphoma

An autologous whole‐tumor‐cell vaccine (rWTC‐MBTA) is evaluated in murine CNS lymphoma. Subcutaneous vaccination activates dendritic cells, broadens T‐cell priming, and drives lymphocyte trafficking to brain tumors, producing durable tumor control. TRIM38 Suppresses Breast Cancer Progression via Modulating SQSTM1 Ubiquitination and Autophagic Flux

TRIM38, an E3 ubiquitin ligase, suppresses breast cancer progression by inhibiting proliferation, migration, and invasion. Downregulated in breast tumor, its loss correlates with poor prognosis. Mechanistically, TRIM38 mediates K63‐linked ubiquitination of SQSTM1/p62 at K420, disrupting SQSTM1‐LC3 interaction and blocking autophagic flux.

Immunomodulatory Hydrogel Coating with SeNPs and Lithium Silicate Synergistically Promotes Osseointegration and Prevents Infection on Titanium Implants

Advanced Science, EarlyView.
This study introduces a multifunctional hydrogel coating (Lap‐CMCSMA/GelMA@SeNPs) that scavenges ROS, modulates immune responses, and shows strong antibacterial activity. It effectively restores the peri‐implant microenvironment. The coating exhibits excellent biocompatibility and promotes osteogenic differentiation.
