Fitness Center Service Quality Model Confirmation SQAS-19

A fitness center service quality measure was tested with 151 respondents to confirm a 19-item, five-factor model. The results substantiated the SQAS-19 as an adequate measure of fitness center service quality in that it continued to demonstrate that service quality is a multidimensional construct.
