Across a multicenter ICU cohort (n = 1700), latent‐class modeling of 0–120 h ICP identified four trajectories. Severe progressive and stabilized‐elevated patterns carried the greatest mortality risk (HR 13.54 and 2.53), with mildly elevated‐stable showing modest risk (HR 1.48).
