Squamous metaplasia of Paget's disease
Clinical and Experimental Dermatology, 2004A patient had triple extramammary Paget's disease of both axillary and genital regions. Right inguinal lymphadenopathy was found 1 year after excision of all the skin lesions. Excisional biopsy of the lymph node demonstrated a mixture of Paget cells and atypical squamoid cells with horn pearls suggestive of keratinization.

Synovial Sarcoma with Squamous Metaplasia
Ultrastructural Pathology, 1984We report on a biphasic synovial sarcoma showing slight squamous cell differentiation of their epithelioid component under the light microscope. The electron microscopical examination revealed numerous tonofilaments arranged in dense bundles, which could be characterized as tonofibrils with keratohyalin granules in the same cells.

Squamous Metaplasia And Papillomatosis of Rectum
Archives of Surgery, 1964Squamous metaplasia of the rectum may be the result of chronic inflammatory reaction in and about the rectum. Some of the pathological states which lead to squamous metaplasia of the rectal mucosa are of granulomatous origin due to venereal disease. Lymphopathia venereum is one of the conditions which can cause chronic granulomata.

Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma with mucinous metaplasia
Journal of Cutaneous Pathology, 1988A case of superficially invasive well‐differentiated cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma containing numerous mucin‐proclucing cells both within the epidermal and dermal components is reported. Hislological, histochemical and immunohistochemical overlap exists between these cells and those of extramammary Panel's disease.
