Ordering in the centered-square-lattice Ising model
Physical Review B, 1989The nature of ordering of the centered-square-lattice Ising model in the antiferromagnetic region is investigated by Monte Carlo simulations. A coexistence of order and disorder at all temperatures is found. The relevance of the disorder line in the reentrance phenomenon is discussed.

On the susceptibility of the generalised square lattice Ising model [PDF]
An exact functional relation is found for the susceptibility of the generalised square lattice Ising model. This result contains, as a particular case, a Fisher relation between the susceptibilities of the triangular and honeycomb lattices models. It is also shown that the closed-form expression for the susceptibility of the generalised square lattice,

The square lattice Ising model with a free surface
Journal of Physics A: Mathematical and General, 1980Using the appropriately generalised finite lattice method, series expansions of the layer ( chi 1) and local ( chi 11) susceptibilities of the square lattice Ising model have been obtained. They extend existing series by 3 and 13 terms for chi 1 and chi 11, respectively.

ISING MODEL ON A LAYERED SQUARE LATTICE
International Journal of Modern Physics B, 1989We have considered the Ising model on a layered square lattice where each layer has a different set of horizontal and vertical interactions. The free energy is determined exactly by the method of Pfaffian at two values of the magnetic field, H=0 and H=iπkT/2. The free energy at H=0 was first derived by Wolff et al. using the method of transfer matrix.

Randomly decorated Ising model on the square lattice
Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials, 1995Abstract The two-dimensional Ising model decorated with Ising spins of magnitudes s = 1 and 1 2 is considered. The bonds are randomly decorated with n spins and the random variable is supposed to satisfy an annealed distribution. The model is exactly solved by mapping it onto an effective 2D Ising model. The phase diagram is determined and the

The square-lattice Ising model with first and second neighbour interactions
, 1981The critical behaviour of the square-lattice Ising model, with nearest and next-nearest neighbour interactions of either sign, has been investigated by means of high-temperature series.

The Ising model on the layered J1-J2 square lattice
Physics Letters A, 2020Abstract We investigate the phase transitions in the Ising model on a layered square lattice with first-( J 1 ) and second-( J 2 ) neighbor intralayer interactions and interlayer couplings (J). The thermodynamics of the system is evaluated within a cluster mean-field approximation, which allows us to identify the nature of the ...
