Electroanalytical Determination of Danofloxacin in Biological Samples Using Square Wave Voltammetry

open access: yesOrbital: The Electronic Journal of Chemistry, 2014
The voltammetric behavior of danofloxacin (DFX) has been studied, in aqueous solution, on a glassy carbon electrode using square wave voltammetry (SWV) as electroanalytical technique. After optimization of the experimental conditions, DFX was analyzed in

Harnessing the Orientation of Columnar Discotic Liquid Crystals for Narrowband Blue Emission with Enhanced Out‐Coupling Efficiency Toward Improvement of SP‐OLEDs Performance

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Solution‐processed OLEDs containing discotic liquid‐crystalline MR‐TADF emitters are reported. Supramolecular self‐assembly induces homeotropic columnar alignment, enforcing preferential horizontal orientation of the emitter transition dipole moment in spin‐coated films, which leads to an enhancement in the device light outcoupling efficiency while ...

Determining the alumina solubility in low-temperature KF-NaF-AlF3 melts using electrochemical methods

open access: yesResults in Chemistry
Alumina solubility in KF-NaF-AlF3 melt was estimated using square wave voltammetry and linear sweep voltammetry methods. A 45° inclined and horizontal electrode were used in square wave voltammetry and linear sweep voltammetry, respectively.

Fabrication of Pyridinic Nitrogen‐Functionalized Carbon Cloth for High‐Performance Iron‐Chromium Flow Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The carbon cloth electrode with targeted pyridinic nitrogen doping, achieved via urea pyrolysis, effectively modulates the adsorption of Cr(II) species and enhances electron transfer, leading to significantly improved kinetics of the Cr(II)/Cr(III) reaction. The material demonstrates a high discharge capacity of 689.3 mAh and an energy efficiency of 72.

Electrochemical study in both classical cell and microreactors of flavin adenine dinucleotide as a redox mediator for NADH regeneration [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
The electrochemical reduction of flavinadeninedinucleotide (FAD) is studied in a classical electrochemical cell as well as in two types of microreactors: the first one is a one-channel reactor and the other one, a multichannel filter-press reactor.

Voltage‐Gated Dedoping of n‐Doped Poly(benzodifurandione) as an Interfacial Protective Mechanism in Electrochromic Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Electrochromic polymer stability under overpotential is improved by inserting an ultrathin, transparent n‐doped poly(benzodifurandione) interlayer between indium tin oxide and a poly(3,4‐propylenedioxythiophene)‐based electrochromic polymer. The interlayer supports rapid switching at operating bias, then becomes resistive near +0.8 V to suppress excess
