Charge density wave in hidden order state of URu$_2$Si$_2$
We argue that the hidden order state in URu$_2$Si$_2$ will induce a charge density wave. The modulation vector of the charge density wave will be twice that of the hidden order state, $Q_{CDW} = 2Q_{HO}$.

High-frequency injection (HFI) is widely adopted for the sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) at low speeds. However, conventional HFI strategies relying on fixed-frequency carrier modulation and square-wave injection ...

Phase relaxation of Faraday surface waves [PDF]
Surface waves on a liquid air interface excited by a vertical vibration of a fluid layer (Faraday waves) are employed to investigate the phase relaxation of ideally ordered patterns. By means of a combined frequency-amplitude modulation of the excitation

Cooling of a levitated nanoparticle with digital parametric feedback
The motion control of a levitated nanoparticle plays a central role in optical levitation for fundamental studies and practical applications. Here, we presented a digital parametric feedback cooling based on switching between two trapping laser intensity
