Flattening, squeezing and the existence of random attractors [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the Royal Society A: Mathematical, Physical and Engineering Sciences, 2007
The study of qualitative properties of random and stochastic differential equations is now one of the most active fields in the modern theory of dynamical systems.

Polarization squeezing and nonclassical properties of light [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review A, 2006
We formulate polarization uncertainty relations and polarization squeezing criteria in a SU(2) invariant manner. In this formulation the SU(2) coherent states are the only minimum uncertainty states. We show that polarization squeezing is a nonclassical property.

Kerr-Nonlinearity-Triggered Nonclassicality of Magnons in a Photon-Magnon Coupling System

open access: yesPhotonics, 2022
Hybrid quantum systems have attracted much attention due to the fact that they combine the advantages of different physical subsystems. Cavity QED (cavity quantum electrodynamics) with magnons is a hybrid quantum systems that combines a YIG (Yttrium Iron

Compressive strength properties of hyper-compacted concrete [PDF]

open access: yesE3S Web of Conferences, 2021
The most important property of a concrete mix is concrete workability, i.e., the ability of the mixture to spread and take a given form while maintaining solidity and uniformity. The main influence on the workability of the concrete mixture is exerted by

Properties of Poly-vinyl Alcohol Bonded Jute (Corchorus olitorius) Nonwoven Fabric and Its Performance as Disposable Carry Bag

open access: yesJournal of Natural Fibers, 2022
The functional properties of jute adhesive-bonded 120 g/m2 nonwoven fabric were studied considering three process parameters, i.e. adhesive concentration, squeezing pressure, and curing temperature using central composite rotatable design considering the

Photophysical isomerization of liposomal bilayer-included caffeic acid phenethyl ester leading to membrane dehydration

open access: yesChemical Physics Impact, 2023
Caffeic acid phenethyl ester (CAPE) is well known for its prolific biological and pharmaceutical applications. There are plethora of studies on CAPE in context to antimicrobial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and anticancer activities.

Quantum features of nonlinear coupler with competing nonlinearity

open access: yesScientific Reports, 2022
In this work, we examine the quantum features of a multi-waveguide nonlinear coupler exploiting the second-and third-order nonlinearities. The considered system contains four identical channels, each with a single fundamental transverse mode. The essence

Vertical Stress Induced Anomalous Spectral Shift of 13.17° Moiré Superlattice in Twist Bilayer Graphene

open access: yesMolecules, 2023
The electronic states of the twist bilayer graphene (TBG) moiré superlattice are usually regulated by the rotation angle, applied electric field, applied magnetic field, carrier concentration and applied stress, and thus exhibit novel physical properties.

Basic properties of coherent-squeezed states revisited [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Geometric Methods in Modern Physics, 2014
In this paper, we treat coherent-squeezed states of Fock space once more and study some basic properties of them from a geometrical point of view. Since the set of coherent-squeezed states {|α, β〉|α, β ∈ C} makes a real four-dimensional surface in the Fock space ℱ (which is of course not flat), we can calculate its metric.

Non-classical Photon Statistics For Two-mode Optical Fields [PDF]

open access: yes, 1995
The non-classical property of subpoissonian photon statistics is extended from one to two-mode electromagnetic fields, incorporating the physically motivated property of invariance under passive unitary transformations.
