Assessment of socio-relational self-efficacy in breast cancer patients: Italian validation of the social relationship coping efficacy scale (SRCE-I) [PDF]
Background Social relationship coping efficacy (SRCE) represents the ability to maintain or enhance social relationships in the context of serious illness. The purpose of the current study was to confirm the factor structure, psychometric properties, and

Deciphering Ball Milling Mechanochemistry via Molecular Simulations of Collision-Driven and Liquid-Assisted Reactivity. [PDF]
Supported by experiments, molecular dynamics simulations were developed to reveal how mechanochemical reactions, such as between KCl and 18‐crown‐6 with water as a liquid additive, proceed. Product formation is triggered by collision‐induced fragmentation, with liquid content showing a non‐linear effect.

Biopsychosocial predictors of rapid weight gain from birth to 6 months. [PDF]
Summary Background Childhood obesity remains a public health crisis and identification of unique prenatal and early infancy predictors of obesity risk are critically needed. Objectives We test a comprehensive biopsychosocial model of the predictors of rapid weight gain (RWG) in the first 6 months of life.

Protective effects of chlorogenic acid against glyphosate-induced organ and blood toxicity in Wistar rats [PDF]
Glyphosate, a widely used herbicide against broadleaf weeds and grasses, has been associated with various harmful effects. Our study examines the efficacy of chlorogenic acid (CGA) in alleviating the toxicity of a glyphosate-based herbicide (GBH) in 42 ...

Molecular and Electronic Structure and Properties of the Single Benzene-Based Fluorophores Containing Guanidine Subunit. [PDF]
The novel single‐benzene fluorophores (SBFs) containing guanidine subunit were modeled by the TDDFT approach assuming chloroform as the solvent. Emphasis was laid on the influence of the protonation on the changes in basicity in the S1 state and the basic photophysical properties: absorption and emission energies.

Allosteric regulation of L-lactate dehydrogenase: Beyond effector-mediated tetramerization. [PDF]
Abstract The activity of allosterically regulated enzyme is modulated through structural changes induced by effectors. L‐lactate dehydrogenase from Geobacillus stearothermophilus (GsLDH) catalyzes the reversible conversion between pyruvate and lactate using NAD(H), and its activity is known to be activated by fructose 1,6‐bisphosphate (FBP).
