Air‐Stable Lithiation of MoS2 for Direct‐Bandgap Multilayers

This atomic‐force‐microscopy‐guided ionic modulation enables rewritable, air‐stable direct‐bandgap semiconductor fabrication of multilayer MoS2 without inducing metallic phase transition, unlocking monolayer‐like optoelectronic functionalities of multilayer MoS2.
