La procesión del Corpus de Triana (ss. XVI-XVIII)
En el siglo XVI, hacia 1540 se funda en la parroquia de Santa Ana de Triana la Hermandad del Santísimo Sacramento dedicada a dar culto a Jesús Sacramentado. Entre los actos establecidos por sus reglas, se contemplaba una procesión eucarística, llamada de la Octava, el domingo siguiente a la celebración del Corpus Christi.
