Time‐Conditioned Zero‐Shot Self‐Supervised Reconstruction for Accelerated 3D Ultra‐Low‐Field MRI
ABSTRACT Purpose Ultra‐low‐field (ULF) MRI provides a cost‐effective, portable imaging option but has relatively low SNR and long acquisition times compared to standard clinical scans. This study presents a time‐conditioned zero‐shot self‐supervised learning image reconstruction framework (ULF‐ZS‐SSL) to accelerate 3D‐acquired single‐coil ULF MRI ...

ABSTRACT Purpose To propose a new method using a physics‐guided neural network for quantitative parameter mapping in balanced steady‐state free precession (bSSFP) imaging. Theory and Methods We trained physics‐guided neural networks with a multilayer perceptron using simulated bSSFP signals generated from tissue parameters (T1$$ {T}_1 $$, T2$$ {T}_2 $$,

ABSTRACT Purpose The Unadjusted Langevin Algorithm (ULA) in combination with diffusion models can generate high quality MRI reconstructions with uncertainty estimation from highly undersampled k‐space data. However, sampling methods such as diffusion posterior sampling (DPS) or likelihood annealing suffer from long reconstruction times and the need for

Non local means image denoising using noise-adaptive SSIM
This paper embeds SSIM in place of the L2 norm in a one step Non Local Means (NLM) scheme. This is possible thanks to a new form of SSIM that can be formally derived from the classical SSIM using the spreading error analysis.

ABSTRACT Purpose To introduce SelExNet: a self‐supervised framework for two‐dimensional spatially selective excitation that jointly optimizes radiofrequency (RF) pulses and gradient waveforms, and extends to multi‐channel transmission MRI. Methods Building on prior RF‐only and joint RF‐gradient optimization approaches, SelExNet couples neural RF and ...

Calibrating MS-SSIM for Compression Distortions using MLDS
International audienceIn this paper, we describe a recently developed method for assessing perceived image quality, Maximum Likelihood Difference Scaling (MLDS), and use it to assess the performance of MS-SSIM on compression distored images.

ABSTRACT Purpose Segmented 3D Gradient and Spin Echo (GRASE) is commonly used in Arterial Spin Labeling (ASL) perfusion imaging. However, it is vulnerable to inter‐shot motion, leading to subtraction errors that cannot be corrected. We developed a retrospective self‐navigated inter‐shot motion correction method for segmented 3D‐GRASE ASL imaging with ...
