Examination of Test Condition in SSRT Evaluation of High Alloys in Hostile Environments
CORROSION 1990, 1990Abstract Slow strain rate test (SSRT) is convenient in surveying both stress corrosion cracking (SCC) and hydrogen embrittlement (HE) susceptibilities of corrosion resistant alloy for hostile wells. SSRT results depend upon test condition and test procedure.

Corrosion Behavior of Pure Titanium Produced by MIM Process under SSRT Condition
Materials Science Forum, 2007Metal injection molding (MIM) process has the advantage of better formability of three dimensional complex shape products with high density and high performance properties compared to the ingot metallurgy (I/M) process. Two kinds of pure titanium specimens, i.e., the first one is prepared by the I/M process and the second one is prepared by MIM process

Electrochemical Impedance Characteristics of Sintered 7075 Aluminum Alloy Under Ssrt Condition
Archives of Metallurgy and Materials, 2013Powder metallurgy (P/M) process has the advantage of better formability to fabricate complex shape products without machining and welding. And recently this P/M process has been applied to the production of aluminum alloys. The P/M aluminum alloys thus produced also have received considerable interest because of their fine and homogeneous structure ...

Two-dimensional SSRT observations of the flare-productive active region in July 1996
Solar Physics, 1998Two-dimensional images obtained at the Siberian Solar Radio Telescope (SSRT) in the correlation mode are presented. The subject under discussion is the active region NOAA 7978 that produced a flare of X2.6 importance on 9 July 1996. Before the flare a compact, weakly polarized, and reasonably bright long-lived radio source was observed which we have ...

Millisecond-duration microwave burst observations with the SSRT fast data acquisition system
Solar Physics, 1996The hardware and software for the observation of millisecond bursts with the Siberian solar radio telescope (SSRT) at 5.2 cm is described. The multiprocessing computer and data acquisition system records 180 analog signals from the SSRT multichannel receiver every 7 milliseconds.

Abstract Application of modified low carbon (LC) martensitic stainless steels in the oil and gas industry is not only restricted to subsea flowlines, but is planned to be extended also to the topside equipment of production units. Since no service experience of such materials is available so far, the sour service tolerance of two typical

CONFERENCE 2024
Abstract The use of Hydrogen as a fuel is widely discussed today with stainless steels able to be used for tubing and as fittings in various systems. The application areas vary from tubing and fittings in vehicles, filling stations, production or storages facilities.
