Stability conditions on a non-compact Calabi-Yau threefold [PDF]

We study the space of stability conditions $\Stab(X)$ on the non-compact Calabi-Yau threefold $X$ which is the total space of the canonical bundle of $\PP^2$. We give a combinatorial description of an open subset of $\Stab(X)$ and state a conjecture relating $\Stab(X)$ to the Frobenius manifold obtained from the quantum cohomology of $\PP^2$.

Under diabetic conditions, AGEs induce mitochondrial damage in HUVECs, activating migrasome‐mediated mitocytosis. Migrasomes encapsulate damaged mitochondria and are released into the extracellular space, facilitating intercellular mitochondrial transfer.

Knockout of the mitoribosome rescue factors Ict1 or Mtrfr is viable in zebrafish but not mice: compensatory mechanisms underlying each factor's loss

Mitochondria contain two mitoribosome rescue factors, ICT1 and MTRFR (C12orf65). ICT1 also functions as a mitoribosomal protein in mice and humans, and its loss is lethal. Although Mtrfr knockout mice could not be generated, knockout zebrafish lines for ict1 and mtrfr were established.
