Curve Stabbing Depth: Data Depth for Plane Curves [PDF]
Measures of data depth have been studied extensively for point data. Motivated by recent work on analysis, clustering, and identifying representative elements in sets of trajectories, we introduce {\em curve stabbing depth} to quantify how deeply a given curve $Q$ is located relative to a given set $\cal C$ of curves in $\mathbb{R}^2$.

The time-dependent expression of keratins 5 and 13 during the reepithelialization of human skin wounds [PDF]
The time-dependent reepithelialization of 55 human surgical skin wounds with a wound age between 8h and more than 2 months was investigated by the immunohistochemical localization of cytokeratins 5 and 13.

The role of initial geometry in experimental models of wound closing [PDF]
Wound healing assays are commonly used to study how populations of cells, initialised on a two-dimensional surface, act to close an artificial wound space. While real wounds have different shapes, standard wound healing assays often deal with just one simple wound shape, and it is unclear whether varying the wound shape might impact how we interpret ...
