Identification of circRNA Biomarker for Gastric Cancer through Integrated Analysis
Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the most common malignant tumors and ranks third in cancer mortality globally. Although, a lot of advancements have been made in diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer, there is still lack of ideal biomarker for the ...

Identification of Key Genes as Potential Drug Targets for Gastric Cancer
Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the most common cancers and ranks the third in cancer mortality all over the world. The goal of this study was to identify potential hub-genes, highlighting their functions, signaling pathways, and candidate drugs for the ...

Freight car model with Y25 bogies stability analysis
Y25 (25Tn) bogies have been used in freight cars for over 50 years. It is a proven design with a positive opinion in many European countries. In addition to the generally positive opinion about the operational properties of the Y25 bogies, there are ...

Stability Analysis and Stabilization of Systems With Input Backlash [PDF]
This technical note deals with the stability analysis and stabilization of linear systems with backlash in the input. Uniform ultimate boundedness stability and stabilization problems are tackled allowing to characterize suitable regions of the state space in which the closed-loop trajectories can be captured.

Analysis of the Stabilized Supralinear Network [PDF]
We study a rate-model neural network composed of excitatory and inhibitory neurons in which neuronal input-output functions are power laws with a power greater than 1, as observed in primary visual cortex. This supralinear input-output function leads to supralinear summation of network responses to multiple inputs for weak inputs.

Stability analysis of the Kalman predictor [PDF]
The stability of the Kalman filter, though less often mentioned than the optimality in the recent literature, is a crucial property for real time applications.

A New Two-Step Hybrid Block Method for the FitzHugh–Nagumo Model Equation
This paper presents an efficient two-step hybrid block method (ETHBM) to obtain an approximate solution to the FitzHugh–Nagumo problem. The considered partial differential equation model problems are semi-discretized, reducing them to equivalent ordinary

Z-stability in Constructive Analysis [PDF]
We introduce Z-stability, a notion capturing the intuition that if a function f maps a metric space into a normed space and if the norm of f(x) is small, then x is close to a zero of f. Working in Bishop's constructive setting, we first study pointwise versions of Z-stability and the related notion of good behaviour for functions.

We specify an "individual-based" continuous time model for swarm aggregation in n-dimensional space and study its stability properties. We show that the individuals (autonomous agents or biological creatures) will form a cohesive swarm in a finite time. Moreover, we obtain an explicit bound on the swarm size, which depends only on the parameters of the
