Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

A necessary condition forBSI-stability
This paper deals with a new stability concept - BSI-stability (internal BS-stability) introduced by \textit{R. Frank}, \textit{J. Schneid} and \textit{C. W. Ueberhuber} [Stability properties of implicit Runge-Kutta methods, SIAM J. Numer. Anal. 22, 497-534 (1985)] for s-stage implicit Runge-Kutta methods.

In this study, we present the structure of AcrIE8.1, a previously uncharacterized anti‐CRISPR protein that inhibits the type I‐E CRISPR‐Cas system. Through a combination of structural and biochemical analyses, we demonstrate that AcrIE8.1 directly binds to the Cas11 subunit of the Cascade complex to inhibit the CRISPR‐Cas system.

An intracellular transporter mitigates the CO2‐induced decline in iron content in Arabidopsis shoots
This study identifies a gene encoding a transmembrane protein, MIC, which contributes to the reduction of shoot Fe content observed in plants under elevated CO2. MIC is a putative Fe transporter localized to the Golgi and endosomal compartments. Its post‐translational regulation in roots may represent a potential target for improving plant nutrition ...

The space of stability conditions on the projective plane [PDF]
The space of Bridgeland stability conditions on the bounded derived category of coherent sheaves on $$\mathbf {P}^2$$P2 has a principal connected component $$\hbox {Stab}^\dag (\mathbf{P }^2)$$Stab†(P2).

The Caenorhabditis elegans DPF‐3 and human DPP4 have tripeptidyl peptidase activity
The dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPPIV) family comprises serine proteases classically defined by their ability to remove dipeptides from the N‐termini of substrates, a feature that gave the family its name. Here, we report the discovery of a previously unrecognized tripeptidyl peptidase activity in DPPIV family members from two different species.

ℋ∞ Stability Conditions for Fuzzy Neural Networks
This paper presents a novel approach to assess the stability of fuzzy neural networks. First, we propose a new condition for the ℋ∞ stability of fuzzy neural networks.
