Stabilizability of fuzzy heat equation based on fuzzy Lyapunov function

open access: yesPartial Differential Equations in Applied Mathematics
This work aims to prove the stability of the fuzzy heat equation with non-fuzzy boundary conditions. Also, for problems with uncertainty, there is a difficulty in studying and proving the stability of fuzzy differential equations, since here we cannot ...

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

Exact and Weak Disturbance Rejection in Localized Continuous Linear Systems

open access: yesAutomation
Disturbance rejection in localized continuous linear systems remains challenging due to the interplay between spatial constraints, exact invariance conditions, and discretization effects.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Stabilizability,Observability and Detectability for Discrete Stochastic Systems

open access: yesJournal of Measurement Science and Instrumentation, 2010
This paper mainly discusses stabilizatbility, exact observability and exact detectability of discrete stochastic systems with both static and control dependent noise via the spectrum technique. The authors put forward a definition of the spectrum and give ...

Algebraic geometric methods for the stabilizability and reliability of multivariable and of multimode systems [PDF]

open access: yes
The extent to which feedback can alter the dynamic characteristics (e.g., instability, oscillations) of a control system, possibly operating in one or more modes (e.g., failure versus nonfailure of one or more components) is ...
