Stable lead isotope ratios in Alaskan arctic aerosols
Atmospheric Environment. Part A. General Topics, 1993Abstract Aerosol samples collected at Barrow, Alaska, during February and March 1990 were found to have uniform stable lead isotope compositions. The mean 208 Pb/ 207 Pb ratio was 2.423±0.009 and the mean 206 Pb/ 207 Pb ratio was 1.161±0.014. High-precision measurement of chlorine stable isotope ratios
Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta, 1993We present an analysis procedure that allows stable isotopes of chlorine to be analyzed with precision sufficient for geological and hydrological studies. The total analytical precision is ≤±0.09%., and the present known range of chloride in the surface and near-surface environment is 3.5‰.
