Volatile ZrO2 Antiferroelectric Tunnel Junctions for Rapid, Energy‐Efficient Physical Reservoir Computing

An antiferroelectric tunnel junction serves as a reservoir computing node, where field‐induced phase transitions and spontaneous ZrO2 relaxation deliver nonlinear fading memory. An In‐Ga‐Zn oxide interlayer enlarges the memory margin and multibit state richness.

From Folding Mechanics to Robotic Function: A Unified Modeling Framework for Compliant Origami

A geometry‐consistent DDG framework captures compliant origami deformation from rigid‐like folding to soft panel bending. By tuning crease and panel stiffness, bistable snap‐through responses transform into smooth monostable deformation, enabling programmable stability and robot‐scale locomotion.

Summary: Pop-stack sorting is an important variation for sorting permutations via a stack. A single iteration of pop-stack sorting is the transformation \(T: S_n \to S_n\) that reverses all the maximal descending sequences of letters in a permutation.
