Superlattice Engineering on 2D Bi2Te3‐Sb2Te3 Chalcogenides
This study presents an innovative approach to fabricating 2D Bi2Te3‐Sb2Te3 chalcogenide superlattices in wrapped, lateral, and vertical configurations. Utilizing a novel precursor switching method, chemical vapor deposition, and post‐growth techniques, the research achieves controlled superlattices with sharp interfaces.

In this paper, we study the steady creeping convective flow of a viscous incompressible fluid in the thin infinite layer. The study of the fluid flow is based on the exact solutions class for the Oberbeck-Boussinesq equations in the Stokes approximation ...

Is a UCM fluid flow near a stationary point always singular? [PDF]
Frequently observed divergence of numerical solutions to benchmark flows of the UCM viscoelastic fluid is a known and widely discussed issue. Some authors consider such singularities "invincible". The article argues this position, to which end it considers two typical flows with a stagnation point, often a place of the flows' singularity: counterflows ...

On the particle paths and the stagnation points in small-amplitude deep-water waves [PDF]
In order to obtain quite precise information about the shape of the particle paths below small-amplitude gravity waves travelling on irrotational deep water, analytic solutions of the nonlinear differential equation system describing the particle motion are provided. All these solutions are not closed curves. Some particle trajectories are peakon-like,

On the hydrodynamics and heat convection of an impinging external flow upon a cylinder with transpiration and embedded in a porous medium [PDF]
This paper extends the existing studies of heat convection by an external flow impinging upon a flat porous insert to that on a circular cylinder inside a porous medium.

Reconfigurable Mixed‐Dimensional Transistor With Semimetal CNT Contacts
The semimetal carbon nanotubes (CNT) contacts are used to fabricate reconfigurable WSe2 transistors for the first time, which have excellent electrical performance with a high on/off ratio of over 107 as a field effect transistor (FET) and an ultra‐high rectification ratio of over 106 as a diode.

Is a UCM fluid flow near a stationary point always singular? - Part II [PDF]
Oftentimes observed divergence of numerical solutions to benchmark flows of the UCM viscoelastic fluid is a known and widely discussed issue. Some authors consider such singularities 'invincible'. Following the previous research, the article gives more arguments against this position, for which it considers two typical flows with a stagnation point ...

Calibration Probe Uncertainty and Validation for the Hypersonic Material Environmental Test System [PDF]
This paper presents an uncertainty analysis of the stagnation-point calibration probe surface predictions for conditions that span the performance envelope of the Hypersonic Materials Environmental Test System facility located at NASA Langley Research ...
