High-pressure combustion characteristics of liquid fuel in the stagnation-point flow
Symposium (International) on Combustion, 1992Combustion and vaporization of liquid fuels, under high pressure were investigated in the stagnation-point flow field. The diffusion flame was established slightly above the liquid heptane pool parallel to the surface, and the combustion mass flux was measured at various pressures up to 3.5 MPa.
