Study on UFLS Strategy in a Stand-alone Power System
2018 4th International Conference on Green Technology and Sustainable Development (GTSD), 2018Under-frequency load shedding (UFLS) strategy provides a special protection scheme while severe events occur in the power system. This paper presents an UFLS strategy for an offshore standalone power system near Taiwan. The proposed UFLS strategy defines a fixed percentage, which will be allocated to 4 stages, of total system load.
