Age-related changes of stability in standing posture.
立位保持能力の加齢的変化について, とくに重心位置を積極的に shift させる能力を中心として検討した. 被験者には22歳から95歳までの健常男子148名を用い, 重心動揺計上に Romberg 姿勢で立たせ次の課題を行なわせた. 1) 開眼および閉眼で安静立位を20秒間保持する. 2) 開眼にて重心位置を随意的に前後方向に shift させた立位姿勢を10秒間保持する. 重心動揺計から出力される足圧中心を重心位置としてとらえ, X-Yレコーダに描記するとともに各時間ごとの累積移行距離をアナライザにより算出した. 踵の最後部から各姿勢における重心動揺軌跡の中心位置までの長さを足長に対する比として算出した.

ABSTRACT We sought to identify potential early risk biomarkers for lung disease in children post‐allogeneic HCT. Patients with pulmonary function tests 3 months post‐transplant and plasma samples between days 7 and 14 post‐HCT were included.
