The standard enthalpies of formation of proline stereoisomers

Thermochimica Acta, 2012
Abstract The combustion calorimetry and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) techniques have been employed in order to obtain the thermochemical properties of l -, d -enantiomers and racemic mixture of proline. The large negative values of the enthalpies of formation of the investigated compounds reveal their high stability.

Standard molar enthalpy of formation of methoxyacetophenone isomers

The Journal of Chemical Thermodynamics, 2014
Abstract Values of the standard (po = 0.1 MPa) molar enthalpy of formation of 2′-, 3′- and 4′-methoxyacetophenones were derived from their standard molar energy of combustion, in oxygen, at T = 298.15 K, measured by static bomb combustion calorimetry.

Standard molar enthalpies of formation of some chloropyridines

The Journal of Chemical Thermodynamics, 1997
Abstract The standard ( p °=0.1 MPa) molar enthalpies of formation Δ f H m ° for liquid 2- and 3-chloropyridine, and crystalline 2,3-, 2,5-, 2,6-, and 3,5-dichloropyridine were derived from the standard molar enthalpies of combustion Δ c H m ° at T =298.15 K in oxygen using rotating-bomb combustion calorimetry. The reaction products were: CO 2 (g)

Standard molar enthalpy of formation of rubidium diphosphate

Journal of Thermal Analysis and Calorimetry, 2014
Rubidium carbonate (Rb2CO3) and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (NH4H2PO4) were used for synthesizing rubidium diphosphate (Rb4P2O7). The purity of the latter compound was checked up by X-ray diffraction. Rb4P2O7 was involved in an hypothetical reaction and dissolved together with the other components in a 3.85 % (m/m) phosphoric acid solution, using a C-

Standard enthalpies of formation determination of lanthanum fluorbritholites

Materials Science and Engineering: B, 2020
Abstract Lanthanum–enclosing silicate–fluorapatites or britholites Ca10-xLax (PO4)6-x (SiO4)x F2 with 1 ≤ x ≤ 6, were obtained by solid state reaction at high temperature and characterized by X-ray diffraction and IR spectroscopy. The enthalpies of solution were measured in nitric acidic solution at 298.15 K using a swinging differential Tian-Calvet ...

Standard enthalpies of formation of certain nitro compounds

Bulletin of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR Division of Chemical Science, 1981
1. A thermochemical study has been made of 22 nitro and fluoronitro-containing organic compounds. Their standard enthalpies of combustion and formation have been determined. 2. The contribution of certain groups and interactions to the value of ΔHf° of the nitro compounds in the condensed state have been calculated.
