Supercharges in the HKT Supersymmetric Sigma Models [PDF]

open access: yesJMP 53, 122105 (2012), 2012
We construct explicitly classical and quantum supercharges satisfying the standard N = 4 supersymmetry algebra in the supersymmetric sigma models describing the motion over HKT (hyper-Kaehler with torsion) manifolds. One member of the family of superalgebras thus obtained is equivalent to the superalgebra derived and formulated earlier in the purely ...

Numerical simulation of the non-regular mode of cooling a high-temperature metal billet by the flow of a gas-liquid medium

open access: yesMATEC Web of Conferences, 2018
A mathematical model of heat transfer at cooling a high-temperature metal billet from structural steel by the flow of a gas-liquid medium in a vertical circular channel is presented.

Application of explicit model predictive control to a vehicle semi-active suspension system

open access: yesJournal of Low Frequency Noise, Vibration and Active Control, 2020
The vehicle semi-active suspension is a typical multiple-input multiple-output system with strong couplings, actuator constraints and fast dynamics. This paper addresses the damping force regulation of shock-absorber in vehicle semi-active suspensions ...

Constructing Parsimonious Analytic Models for Dynamic Systems via Symbolic Regression

open access: yes, 2020
Developing mathematical models of dynamic systems is central to many disciplines of engineering and science. Models facilitate simulations, analysis of the system's behavior, decision making and design of automatic control algorithms.

Tensor network influence functionals in the continuous-time limit: Connections to quantum embedding, bath discretization, and higher-order time propagation [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical review B
We describe two developments of tensor network influence functionals (in particular, influence functional matrix product states (IF-MPS)) for quantum impurity dynamics within the fermionic setting of the Anderson impurity model.

MATHEMATICAL ANALYSIS OF SUCCESSIVE LINEAR APPROXIMATION FOR MOONEY-RIVLIN MATERIAL MODEL IN FINITE ELASTICITY [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
For calculating large deformations of solid bodies, we have proposed a method of successive linear approximation, by considering the relative Lagrangian formulation.

Fusion for the one-dimensional Hubbard model [PDF]

open access: yesJ. Phys. A. 48, 324002 (2015), 2015
We discuss a formulation of the fusion procedure for integrable models which is suitable for application to non-standard R-matrices. It allows for construction of bound state R-matrices for AdS/CFT worldsheet scattering or equivalently for the one-dimensional Hubbard model. We also discuss some peculiar cases that arise in these models.

Bone‐wise rigid registration of femur, tibia, and fibula for the tracking of temporal changes

open access: yesJournal of Applied Clinical Medical Physics, EarlyView.
Abstract Background Multiple myeloma (MM) induces temporal alterations in bone structure, such as osteolytic bone lesions, which are challenging to identify through manual image interpretation. The large variation in radiologists' assessments, even at expert centers, further complicates diagnosis.

Harris Hawks Optimization for Optimum Design of Truss Structures with Discrete Variables [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematical, Engineering and Management Sciences, 2021
This article investigates the use of Harris Hawks Optimization (HHO) to solve planar and spatial trusses with design variables that are discrete. The original HHO has been used to solve continuous design variables problems.
