Relations in Standard Model Parameters
AIP Conference Proceedings, 2007Parameters of the Standard Model are derived from empirical relations in particle masses and compared with stable energy intervals in nuclear states. The presence of common tuning effects in masses and energies of nuclear states permitted a suggestion about the discreteness of SM‐condensate.

RADIATIVE CORRECTION PARAMETER S IN BEYOND-THE-STANDARD MODELS
Modern Physics Letters A, 1992The electroweak parameter S, one of the three parameters describing the oblique radiative corrections due to heavy particles, is estimated in three types of beyond-the-standard models: multi-doublet Higgs model, technicolor-like model and minimal SUSY model. We show that the global chiral symmetry SU (2)L or SU (2)R plays a useful role in analyzing S.

Standard Errors of Parameter Estimates in the ETAS Model
Bulletin of the Seismological Society of America, 2010Abstract Point process models such as the epidemic-type aftershock sequence (ETAS) model have been widely used to analyze and describe seismic catalogs and to perform short-term forecasting. The standard errors of parameter estimates in the ETAS model are significant and cannot be ignored.

Standard errors for the parameters of graphical Gaussian models
Statistics and Computing, 1996The comparison of an estimated parameter to its standard error, the Wald test, is a well known procedure of classical statistics. Here we discuss its application to graphical Gaussian model selection. First we derive the Fisher information matrix and its inverse about the parameters of any graphical Gaussian model.

Dynamic Phasor Modeling of Induction Machine with Standard Parameters
2018 3rd International Conference for Convergence in Technology (I2CT), 2018This paper presents dynamic phasor (DP) modeling of induction machine with standard parameters. The model can be used for simulation and analysis of the induction machine under balanced as well as unbalanced operating condition. In order to validate the model, DQ-model of induction machine with standard parameters is developed.

Parameter estimation for a standard surface water vehicle model
Proceedings of the 2010 American Control Conference, 2010A parameter estimation scheme for a surface water vehicle is presented and is based on a standard surface water vehicle model developed at the Naval Research Laboratory. The feasibility of the proposed scheme is demonstrated using the Popov-Belevitch-Hautus (PBH) test for observability.

Empirical Formulas for Standard Model Parameters
We present a collection of closed-form mathematical formulas that predict the values of Standard Model parameters. Over 40 quantities are expressed in terms of π, small integers, and the derived constants α = 1/(π + π² + 4π³) and γ_g = 3√3. Predictions are compared with experimental measurements.openaire +1 more source
Estimating the Standard Errors of Individual-Specific Parameters in Random Parameters Models [PDF]
We consider the estimation of the standard errors of individual-specific parameters calculated ex post from a non-linear random parameters model. Our key contribution lies in introducing a simple method of appropriately calculating these standard errors, which explicitly takes into account the sampling variability of the estimation of the model's ...

Empirical relations between the QCD and Standard Model parameters
Nuclear and Particle Physics Proceedings, 2015Abstract Tuning effect in particle masses consisted in integer relations between masses of leptons and hadrons and the important role of QED radiative correction was analyzed in view of the recently measured mass of the scalar field and new estimation of neutron/electron mass ratio.
